What can I say. The Chinese Lunar New Year has came, thought this year's a total different for me and my family due to the recent departure of my grandfather. Well, for one, certain people might actually "mind" if we pay a visit to their house, as it's consider as, err...I don't know what word to be used for that. But anyway, though many of our relative says they don't mind, but my parents decided not to do so (Heck we all knows how people oftent say something they don't mean XD ). Anyway we did went over to both side grandmother's home. And it wasn't short of fun either.

One thing for sure, this time around the story was all about eating. Heh. Reunion dinner, had my favourite "nyonya dish" at my dad's side and BBQ at my mom's side there. Meh, a reunion dinner couldn't get any better than this XD. That night, I ate more than needed too, but hell with such temptation, no one could resist ( no one ought to anyway ).

And as for today, my uncle came back from Germany, and he's a chef there now after 5 years migrating there. As one might guess, he prapared some Italian cuisine for us. It was my first time eating european food, but damn it was good.

LOLZ, it was all about eating and only eating. But that's what's lifes all about. Now my semester breaks only one week left. Hope my exam result will be a positive one this time around, though the chances are obviously slim, if any.

Happy Chinese Lunar New Year to you.

Departed But Never Gone

Livin' life's like a woken dream
It came with a blessing
And left without a warning
Still we all wish we could had say goodbye

But nevertheless
Goodbye's just a word
As life's mortal
But memories are immortal

Leaving this world in peace
To a better place then here
It was the best we could ask for

Rest In Peace to my late grandfather.

Dysentery Hornet

Food poisoning isn't fun
Had my dose of it a couple of days ago.

The bad:
-Vomitting isn't fun, very painful.
-Vommitting could possibly push a persons entire digesive system out through his mouth (at least it feels like so when you really have one).
-Stomach ache grounds a person for a full 24 hours if not more.
-All gaming progress came to an abrupt halt.
-Diarrhea is a pain in the rectum, literally.

The good:
-I wasn't diagnosis with any fatal illness

EVERYTIME YOU REACH OUT FOR SOMETHING YOU CARED MOST, FATE COMES ALONG AND SNATCH IT ALL AWAY
Quoted from a movie of something that goes along that line.

Wow, that has to be the longest show I've ever watch. 3 hours straight, I could almost swear I'd hatch and egg had I sat on one. I should have wear a neck supporter as well. Anyway the King Kong show was nice. So, guess it was worth the long hours spent there.

Well, a friend of mine ask me out for a typical "tea session" since he's kinda bored now that everyone's back home. But then I thought well, since I havent been to the movies for ages, heck lets just go catch the latest movie. But that Geisha movie was all fully book (damn) and so we settled for a not so new show. But it was good anyway, kinda touching towards the end thought predictable (dunno if its just me imagining things or did I heard some *sniff* around me). And uhm, getting this far in a different car is kinda interesting as well. Gain more mileage to get familiarize with it, heh. Was hoping I could take it further to another city, but it seems these break is way to short now that my family is all busy with CNY. Damn I think I'm stuck in this tiny town again for this sem break.

The End is the Beginning of the End

This holidays, I'm thinking of migrating to here
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Pretty perfect place to meditate. Also, I've been growing sideways these few years that I think I could easily blend into the penguins community.

And uh, shall I decide to return later on, hopefully I'll find all my 'ang pau's in my mail box. If not, well, I won't need any money over there anyway.

zzz

Well, the finals are all screwed up. Physical Electronics was a total blunder beyond save-able. Computer architecture isn't too much of a glory either. Damn I miss those days in high school where I was fighting to score, not to survive with a sissy pass.

Anyway, it marks an official end to this semester. It was somewhat overall better than I expected, for a couple of reasons which it wouldn't be politically correct for me to spill all out here. Anyway, joy ride's over. God knows what next sem will brings.

Whoa, feels like I've been run over by a truck. Exam's just around the corner and I caught fever last night, which came with diarrhea. It got worst today and I spend almost the whole day sleeping right to the evening. Well, sleeping was the only way to ease the pain as well as preventing me from going to the toilet too oftent. I just took a couple of asprin coz didn't feel like going to the doctor anyway. And heck, the long hours spend sleeping gave me a aching neck and left shoulder. Damn.

Didn't manage to study much these few days. Seems like I just lost the motivation when it comes to studying science subject. Why did I even took electronics?

This couple of months seems like is gonna just fly by me before I could realize it. Exam week's only one week, and my exam will run till the very last day, so no extra break for me this time around. And the break's just 3 week, of which one week will be taken up by Chinese New Year "celebration". That means my break is just 2 weeks long, a far cry from the last couple of breaks.

A couple of days ago, I was introduced to a instrumental song at a forum. It was a solo electric guitar version of the symphonic (is that what they call it?) Canon on D, by erm...forgot who's the composer. Anyway this guitarist is Yngwie Malmsteen. This song is a fast pace song, and damn its so cool being played on an electric guitar. Very inspring song indeed, though it only inspires me to learn how to play the guitar as well as these professionals, not study physical electronics as well as Albert Einstein.

Ok, I should stop here now. Guess I'll take another asprin and go to bed, in hopes that I'll fell better when I wake up tomorrow morning. (or at least I'll wake up XD )

Dawn of 2006

My new year kick off with me sleeping at 2am after hanging around in an online game pass midnight. Uhm...yeah, that sounds pathetic spending new year eve in a virtual world, but well, at least I'm not alone in there, LOL. Anyway, it was just a gathering, there wasnt any proper countdown, and it's otherwise would have been boring if not for the silly jokes those player made.

Well, one thing I found out was that there were many other who had to spend new year eve night infront of their computer. Well, I don't know how many were actually didn't had any choice... But then again, I doubt anyone would on purpose choose to do that had they have a better choice. But guess I wasnt the only one and never will be.

Ok, enough of crappings

Best wishes for 2006 to anyone reading this (IF)
Happy New Year
